What are the requirements for Freshmen?

Enrollees must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have finished his/her senior high, public or private high school duly recognized by Department of Education (DepEd) upon enrollment, he/she should submit the following documents:
1. Application for Admission & Registration (Registration Form)
2. PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
3. SF9 (School Card)
4. Good Moral Certificate
5. ID (1X1 and 2X2 ID picture with WHITE BACKGROUND (2pcs each))

Must submit the following requirement:
1. Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)
2. Certified True Copy of the records of subject and grades from the last school attended. (TOR)
3. ID (1X1 and 2X2 ID picture with WHITE BACKGROUND (2pcs each))
4. PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
